French born and trained, Denis Meurgue, is an award winning chef in the Caribbean and was named one of the Top Ten Chefs in South Florida. Influenced by his passionate culinary odyssey in the Mediterranean, Mexico, Europe and the tropics, Denis brings vibrant French cuisine to Marco Island.


Enjoy appetizer favorites such as homemade smoked salmon, foie gras, steamed mussels or crispy goat cheese tart tatin. Menu selections include crispy Long Island duck, Steak Frites, rack of lamb, pan seared Tilapia topped with crabmeat finished with a lemon butter sauce and many more. Nightly specials are also featured. Homemade desserts including crispy apple tart tatin, fresh beignets and classic crème brulée await you.

To compliment your meal, Bistro Soleil’s wine list offers a variety of selections sure to please the most discriminating palates. Guest receive professional yet, personal attention from the entire staff as well as dazzling presentations by Chef Denis.
